Brand Discovery, Strategy, and Identity

The project began with a comprehensive review of Cambridge School’s existing brand presence, including an audit of its visual identity, tone of voice, and digital channels. Through stakeholder interviews and competitor research, I identified key challenges: outdated visuals, fragmented messaging, and limited resonance with students and parents. This discovery phase clarified what the brand stood for—and more importantly, what it aspired to become.

Based on these findings, I developed a focused brand strategy that repositioned Cambridge as a forward-thinking, internationally minded school rooted in values of excellence, curiosity, and character. We defined a refreshed brand purpose, voice, and audience strategy, crafted to speak clearly to students, parents, and the broader academic community.

To bring the strategy to life, I designed a bold, clean new identity system—centered around a modern crest, vibrant color palette, and refined typography that balances tradition with modernity. The visual identity captured both academic rigor and warmth, positioning Cambridge School as both credible and inspiring. It included a comprehensive logo system, brand guidelines, color architecture, typographic hierarchy, iconography, and graphic assets.

Digital Experience and Brand Implementation

I led the full redesign of the school’s website, turning it into a responsive, informative, and emotionally engaging experience. The new site architecture prioritized clarity for parents, intuitive navigation, and vibrant storytelling through visuals, testimonials, and interactive content. This phase ensured the digital touchpoint fully reflected the new brand—from messaging to UI design.

Together with the internal team, I created launch assets and a rollout plan—including social media materials, branded stationery, signage mockups, and internal guidelines to align faculty and staff. The rebranding was introduced across channels with a fresh yet respectful tone—honoring legacy while signaling a new chapter. Ongoing collaboration ensured consistency in every application, from uniforms to newsletters.

Reflections

Rebranding Cambridge School of Prishtina was more than a design challenge—it was a deep exercise in listening, translating values into visuals, and building trust across generations.

Working closely with stakeholders, I learned how to balance tradition with forward-thinking design, ensuring the brand felt both respectful of its legacy and energized for the future.

It reinforced my belief that strong branding goes beyond visuals—it’s about identity, clarity, and emotional alignment. From crafting a new crest to redefining digital presence, this project sharpened my ability to shape narratives that resonate.

Most importantly, it reminded me that great design happens through empathy, curiosity, and a genuine investment in the people you’re designing for.
