Foundation, Strategy, and Visual Identity

The project commenced with a comprehensive usability audit of the JUVO app, employing heuristic analysis, user interviews, and performance data to identify pain points in navigation, goal tracking, and social engagement. At the same time, I laid the groundwork for JUVO’s new brand identity—exploring voice, tone, and visual language to align with the brand’s mission of empowering progress and motivation.

Building on those insights, I developed a comprehensive design strategy paired with a complete visual rebrand. The new brand identity was built from the ground up: a fresh color palette inspired by energy and movement, modern typography with personality, and iconography that emphasized clarity and motivation. This phase also included streamlining the user journey and structuring a roadmap that balanced quick usability wins with long-term brand growth.

To ensure consistency across all touchpoints, I built a modular design system that unified JUVO’s visual language—from typography and color palette to buttons, grids, and iconography. I also developed a comprehensive set of brand guidelines that defined voice, tone, imagery, and usage rules, making it easy for both internal teams and external collaborators to create brand-aligned materials across platforms. This system became the foundation for scalable design, empowering the brand to evolve without losing its identity.

Prototyping, Digital Experience, and Launch

I reimagined the app’s core flows and interfaces through wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes built in Adobe XD, tailored for fitness-focused users seeking simplicity and inspiration. The interface came to life through vibrant visuals, goal-oriented UX, and thoughtful microinteractions that reduced friction and sparked momentum.

To extend the brand online, I created JUVO’s official website—a responsive, elegant, and conversion-focused experience that communicates JUVO’s mission while feeling human, empowering, and dynamic. Once the design system and visual identity were finalized, I collaborated closely with developers to ensure a smooth implementation across the app and website. Assets were delivered with scalable design tokens, responsive layouts, and detailed interaction guidelines.

The website launched in sync with JUVO’s updated app, presenting a unified brand presence that elevated user trust and engagement from day one.

Outcomes
